Optana is operated by JKC Strategies, Inc., 399 Ingram Road, Eureka, MT 59917. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
If you create an account, Optana stores the business name, your name, your email, and a hashed password so the dashboard can sign you in. Each business is kept separate from every other account. When someone calls or texts a business that uses Optana, we process the caller's phone number, call recordings or transcripts, and messages so we can answer, take messages, book appointments, and follow up on behalf of that business.
We use this information only to provide the Optana service to the business you contacted or to your account, to send messages you agreed to receive, and to keep the service secure.
We keep account and call records for as long as the business account is open and for a limited time afterward so we can resolve billing, security, and legal questions. You may ask us to delete a business, as described in the Data Processing Addendum.
The Optana application, its database, and call recordings are hosted by Vultr Holdings in a Seattle, US data center.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Optana (such as our telephone provider and Vultr Holdings, our host), solely to provide the service, or when required by law. The full list is in the Data Processing Addendum.

If you agree to receive text messages (for example, by agreeing during a phone call with a business's Optana receptionist), you may receive appointment confirmations, call follow-ups, and replies to missed calls. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
